Product description

Disposable Coverall - Size L

The ChemDefend® 100 range of protective coveralls utilizes the latest SMMS non-woven technology. In this process, two layers of melt-blown polypropylene barrier films are sandwiched between structural spunbonded polypropylene outer layers. The result is a durable, breathable material that provides excellent protection against particle hazards.

The material of the ChemDefend® 100 range is soft and flexible. The overall is constructed to fit snugly on the body, with ample fabric in the armpits, chest, and waist, allowing for comfortable, unrestricted movement.

The garment incorporates various design elements that contribute to maximum protection, comfort, and strength, as well as facilitate easy donning and doffing.

Suitable applications include:

  • Dust and particle protection
  • Asbestos removal and treatment
  • Handling and mixing of powders
  • General maintenance
  • Construction

EN1073-2:2003 – Protective clothing against radioactive particle contamination.

Type 5 – EN ISO 13982-1:2004+A1:2010 – Protection against dry particles – suits that provide whole-body protection against suspended solid particles.

Type 6 – EN13034:2005+A1:2009 – Reduced spray suits that offer limited protection against light mist of liquid chemicals.

The ChemDefend 100, with sealed taped seams, meets the requirements as described in the document “Protection contre les fibres d’amiante: Performances des vêtements de type 5 à usage unique” produced by l’Assurance Maladie and INRS.
