Lightweight kneadable Epoxy
The lightweight malleable epoxy is a very light and strong kneadable epoxy that is widely used for making models or maquettes. The epoxy paste has a low density and is filled with a filler which makes it easy to work with. This kneading epoxy adheres well to many kinds of surfaces through which the epoxy, alongside models and large models, also is well used as a sealing compound, glue or fixer emulsion.

Processing
Wear suitable gloves when using "lightweight kneadable epoxy". Take equal parts of A and B (both have a pasty consistency) and mix them by hand or machine for 2 minutes to create a homogeneous mass. The paste can may be colored with a small amount of pigment. The kneaded epoxy can now be applied (or processed) for 20 minutes.
Note: The surface must be grease-free before bonding or filling of materials.
Post-treatment (post-cures)
Post-curing of the material (slow baking at 60ºC for a few hours) is recommended to guarantee the stability and best properties of the product. Allow the heated product to cool slowly to prevent cracking.
Shelf life
This product is best stored in sealed packaging in a dry place between 6-28°C. The individual components are moisture sensitive. If properly closed, it can be kept for at least 2 years.
