DIY Easy Slurry
This set contains all the ingredients to make 30 liters of slurry for the ceramic bowl method yourself.
This slurry does not need to be stirred continuously, but only once a week or every 2 weeks and before use.
This set gives you more control over the ceramic bowl slurry than the JusDip, because you can easily vary the recipe yourself.
The separate ingredients (not mixed) also have a much longer shelf life than ready-made slurries.
The starter kit contains:
- 1 x 25kg. Jerry can Adbond Advantage
- 1 X 25 Kg Fused silica flour 325 mesh
- 1 X pouch of Shellspen powder (suspension powder)
- 1 X bottle drying indicator
- 1 X 25 kg Aluminum silicate sand fine grain (0.2-0.5 mm)
- 1 x 25 kg Aluminum silicate sand coarser grain (0.5-1.0 mm)
Advantages
- No rotating slurry tank required - immerse the model directly into a container

Aluminum silicate
Aluminum silicate is a good choice for the plastic caster. This product is extracted in Europe and is therefore cheaper and more environmentally friendly. The scales are strong and display the details of your artwork down to the micrometer. Aluminum silicate shell has excellent refractoriness and high temperature stability, with an advantageous ratio.
