A skin forms after approx. 10–20 minutes (23 °C, 50 % r.h.).\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eLet the material cure at room temperature; it cures through at approx. 3 mm per 24 hours. Higher humidity speeds up curing, while a higher temperature has little effect.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eOnly use heat curing for thin layers (\u0026lt; 0.5 mm) and at no more than 80 °C, otherwise blisters will form due to the rapid release of acetic acid and solvent.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRemove uncured material with white spirit or a similar non-polar solvent; remove cured material mechanically, if necessary with a silicone remover.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ol\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003ePlease Note\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eHighly flammable:\u003c\/strong\u003e E41 Transparent TF contains approx. 17 % solvent (synthetic isoparaffin) and has a flash point of 14 °C. Keep the product away from sparks, open flames and other ignition sources and work in a well-ventilated room.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAcetic acid:\u003c\/strong\u003e acetic acid is released during curing. Sensitive metals such as copper and brass, and electronic components, may be attacked by it – test on your own substrate first.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eThick layers:\u003c\/strong\u003e because curing depends on atmospheric moisture, E41 TF is not suitable for potting thick layers or enclosed spaces.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eNo food contact:\u003c\/strong\u003e according to the manufacturer, this product does not comply with food contact regulations such as BfR or FDA.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eStorage:\u003c\/strong\u003e store dry, cool and tightly closed, protected from moisture and not below 0 °C.
