If you buy something you may assume that it is sustainable / useful a reasonable time. These terms are a type of product vary considerably. Should have a product within that reasonable period defects or abnormalities (closed containers), please contact us. We will, if necessary, send one replacement. You will automatically receive a substantive reply within 5 working days.
Should it be necessary for the product to send us back to the judge or replacement we will refund the shipping charges unless otherwise indicated Silicones and more in advance.
The Customer is obliged to examine the goods carefully upon delivery whether the products meet the agreement. The Customer must take into account small size and color differences of the products shown on the website. If products do not meet the agreement, you must contact Siliconesandmore.com as soon as possible and in any event within 14 calendar days after delivery, or after observation of the delivery was reasonably possible, in writing and sufficient detail.
If it is demonstrated that the products do not meet the agreement, Siliconesandmore.com have the choice to replace the products on their return by new products or to refund the invoice value.

Returns
At our store, you can easily return products, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The product is unopened and unused.
- If the product is opened or damaged you can still return it, we will assess the residual value of the product upon receipt.
- The packaging is still in good condition.
- The return shipment takes place within 30 days after you have received the order.
Please note that return costs are borne by the customer and will be charged upon correct receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept specifically customized products such as a topcoat in color.

Please make a return shipment known by sending an email to [email protected] with name and order number. Make sure to include your packing slip or name and address details with a return shipment so that we know who the package is from.

After receipt and inspection of a return shipment, we will pay out the amount to be credited as soon as possible, but no later than within fourteen days.

- After receipt you should check the product within fourteen days. If the product does not meet the set specifications or expiration date, you can still return the product.
- During production you must follow the exact method of preparation. If the preparation method has been followed exactly and the end result differs from the expected end result, please contact our customer service. You can then return the product by mutual agreement. We will check the product upon receipt and will offer an appropriate solution. In case of an actual product error, we will refund the paid amount or send you new or replacement products.
- If the product was prepared incorrectly, we unfortunately cannot refund any costs incurred.
