Shipping costs
Siliconesandmore.com calculates shipping costs to cover the cost of shipping the products. This includes the cost of packing the order, collecting the products, processing the order, and shipping the order to the customer. The shipping costs are €5.95 for deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium. Siliconesandmore.com has chosen not to include shipping costs in the products so that customers only pay for the products they ordered.
To be transparent about our prices and costs, we provide our shipping costs separately. Unlike many other companies, we do not calculate our shipping costs in the products and do not offer products with “free shipping”. We value honesty and transparency.
For other countries outside the EU, the shipping costs are calculated by the program and displayed before the final payment at checkout. If you have any questions about shipping costs to other countries, you can contact us via the contact page.
Our shipping costs vary depending on weight and delivery country. The following table provides an overview of the shipping costs per country and weight (all prices in Euro):

Delivery
At our webshop, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We process and ship orders on the day of receipt within our regular business hours. Orders placed outside these hours will be shipped the next business day. This also applies to orders placed over the weekend.
Please note that orders may not always be shipped on the same day, but we always do our utmost to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
We use PostNL for our deliveries, and in most cases, packages are delivered within the Netherlands within one day.
Urgent Orders
Is your order urgent? Please contact us. We will do our best to assist you as quickly as possible and ensure that your order is delivered on time.
On certain days, we are closed. These days will always be listed on our website so that you are aware of any changes in our delivery times.

Delivery address
You can choose during the ordering process for a billing address and a delivery address.
Cancel order
If you wish to cancel an order, this is only possible if the order has not yet been processed.
Cancel the order as soon as possible by calling +31 (0)46-303 0989, our helpdesk will assist you.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. We will then advise you to refuse the package upon delivery. Once we receive the package back, we will refund your money. In this case, the cost of return shipping will be borne by you.

Change address
If you wish to change your address details, you can contact our helpdesk. Our helpdesk will assist you furter in modifying your details. If you have an account with us, you can change your details yourself, but this only applies to orders placed thereafter. Please note that address changes are only possible for shipments that have not yet been dispatched.

Pick up order
If you indicate during the ordering process that you would like to pick up the ordered products, you will first receive an email confirming your order. You will then receive another email when the order is ready for you.

How will my order be shipped
We ship via Post NL. In the Netherlands, Post NL delivers all packages itself. Abroad, Post NL uses external transport companies such as Hermes, DHL, UPS, etc.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link. Through this link you can track your order.
In most cases, your order will be delivered the next business day in the Netherlands. In Belgium and Germany often within 2 working days.
We always pack in new double cartons to avoid damage in transit. If a package does arrive damaged, please take it back at the door. We would like to hear from you as soon as possible that you have refused the package and for what reason.

What happens if I'm not home?
If you are not home, another delivery attempt will be made the next day. If you are not at home, the package will wait for you for 7 days at a pick-up location near you; you will receive a card in your mailbox. After 7 days, the package will be returned to us; if you still want to receive the package, please contact us.

Package undeliverable
Naturally, we would like to deliver your order to the correct address as quickly as possible. Therefore, please make sure that your address details are entered completely and correctly. If we are unable to deliver the package to the address provided or the package is not picked up at the drop-off point, it will automatically be returned to us. Unfortunately we will have to charge you for the shipping costs incurred.

Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order has been transferred from "Silicones and more" to Post NL, you will receive an email with a link (Track & Trace), with which you can track your order. So as long as you have not received an email with Track & Trace link, your order is not yet on its way and is still being processed, for example because the order or payment has not yet been completed.

Specifying a delivery date yourself?
Currently it is not yet possible to specify a delivery date outside the Netherlands and Belgium.

What are the expected delivery times during the holidays?
Due to the increased volume at PostNL during the holidays, deliveries may take longer than usual. We recommend placing your orders early to avoid any delays.
Do you ship orders on December 25th and 26th, and January 1st?
On December 25th and 26th, and January 1st, we will not be shipping orders so that our team can enjoy the holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
How can I ensure my order arrives on time?
We advise placing your orders well in advance to ensure your package arrives on time. Please account for potential delays due to the busy period at our delivery service.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed, we kindly ask for your patience. You can track the status of your order via the track & trace information you received by email. For further questions, please contact our customer service.
