Premium Kneadable Platinum Silicone for Professional Mold and Dental Applications

Silconic Stensil ECO 50 is a 2-component, addition-curing (platinum-cure) kneadable silicone paste with Shore A 50 hardness, specially developed for rapid molds, impressions, and dental technical applications. This professional product combines an extremely short working time (1.5 minutes) with demolding after only 5 minutes, minimal shrinkage (<0.1%), and excellent chemical resistance. Easy to mix by hand in a 1:1 ratio – no tools required.

Processing instructions:

1. Take equal parts A and B (1:1 by weight)
2. Carefully knead both components together with clean hands
3. Process within the 1.5-minute working time
4. Press the paste over/around the model and wait 5 minutes
5. Demold once the material is fully cured and no longer sticky to the touch

Note – temperature dependence: Pot life and demolding time are highly dependent on temperature. At higher temperatures, working time and demolding time will be shorter.

Inhibition warning: This is an addition-cure silicone. Curing can be inhibited by sulfur, nitrogen, amino compounds, and metal salts. Present in latex gloves, some plastilines, condensation-cure silicones, 1-component silicone sealants, natural rubbers, and SLA 3D printing material. If in doubt: first perform a small test or apply a protective layer of polyvinyl alcohol.
