Our partner Klarna performs a credit check to ensure secure payments. This protects you, Klarna, and siliconesandmore.com against fraud and misuse. The check is primarily performed by processing certain personal data essential for a successful transaction. This personal data is used within a legal framework and is treated confidentially and securely; it is used exclusively for the credit check.
If you weren't able to choose to pay by Klarna Invoice, it's possible that the billing and shipping addresses don't match. If you reached the Klarna payment page but couldn't complete the payment, there could be several reasons:

Unfortunately, it's not possible to convert a VAT invoice to a VAT-exempt invoice afterward . It's crucial that you enter a correct VAT number during the ordering process. This is due to legal regulations regarding VAT and administrative obligations.

Legal requirements : Once issued, invoices cannot simply be amended. The Dutch Tax and Customs Administration imposes strict requirements on invoicing and the correct reporting of VAT numbers. Correctly reporting the VAT number is essential for an accurate and legally valid invoice.
Administrative consistency : Changing an invoice later can lead to inconsistencies in your records. It's important that your records match the original invoice.
Tax responsibility : As a business owner, you are responsible for correctly reporting VAT on your invoices. It is your responsibility to enter the correct VAT number during the ordering process.

Purchase on invoice (for business customers)
Business customers at Siliconesandmore.com can use the option to order on invoice .
For this we ask the following:
1. First, create an account at siliconesandmore.com
2. When creating the account, please enter your VAT number correctly.
3. Then send an email to info@siliconesandmore.com requesting that your account be approved for post-payment.
Once we've verified your information and everything is correct, we'll activate the "Pay later by invoice" payment method for your account. From that point on, you can easily place orders without having to pay immediately.
The payment term for deferred payment is 14 days after receipt of the shipment .

Business customers within the EU (outside the Netherlands) can order without VAT (0% intra-Community delivery). To qualify, you must enter your valid EU VAT number in your shopping cart , not at checkout .
When you enter your VAT number in the correct place, the VAT will be automatically removed in the next step of the ordering process.
