Klarna – Flexible payment

Pay later with Klarna is only available for private customers.

Depending on your country, Klarna offers a payment term of up to 30 days from the invoice date (interest-free if paid on time). Extensions may be available via the Klarna app.

Who is Klarna?

Klarna is our partner for flexible payment solutions. Klarna is a Swedish company and one of Europe’s leading providers of modern payment options.

How do I place an order with Klarna?

• Select Klarna as the payment method at checkout.
• Enter your details on Klarna’s secure page. Klarna will perform a credit check.
• Upon approval, you will be redirected to the confirmation page.
• After shipping, you will receive the invoice from Klarna by email.

I cannot select Klarna or the payment is not working

Possible reasons: differing addresses, incorrect input, age restrictions, high order amount, or outstanding invoices with Klarna. In such cases, please choose another payment method. Klarna decides independently on approval; Siliconesandmore.com has no influence on this.

Transfer the amount manually to our bank account. Always include your order number.

Purchase on invoice (business customers only)

Approved business customers can order on invoice with a payment term of 14 days after receipt of the goods.

To get approved:

1. Create an account on siliconesandmore.com
2. Enter a valid VAT ID during registration
3. Send an email to info@siliconesandmore.com requesting activation

After verification, we will activate the “Pay on invoice” option for your account.

Add VAT ID (for business customers)

Business customers within the EU (outside the Netherlands) can order VAT-exempt (0 % VAT for intra-Community supply) with a valid EU VAT ID.

Enter your VAT ID in the shopping cart (not only at checkout) so that VAT is automatically deducted.

Add VAT ID after purchase

Unfortunately, it is not possible to retroactively convert an invoice that includes VAT into a VAT-exempt invoice. This is due to legal requirements regarding invoicing and VAT regulations across the EU.

Therefore, always enter a correct VAT ID directly during the ordering process if you wish to order VAT-exempt.
