Fumed silica (thixotropic)
- Prevents sagging and "runs" on vertical surfaces

- Perfect for filling and leveling pastes

Cut Fiberglass 12 mm

Metal powders - aluminum, copper, brass & bronze
Create cold-casting and metallic effects in epoxy or PU. Post-treatment (sanding, polishing, or patination) gives a realistic metal look.
- → Aluminum powder: light silver-gray, technical/industrial effect
- → Copper powder: warm reddish brown, suitable for patina
- → Brass powder: gold tint, classic decorative
- → Bronze powder: deep brown-gold, sculpting effect
Tip: First mix a small amount of slurry with one part resin and then add it to the main mixture for a lump-free distribution. Always follow the system's maximum fill level.
Pretreatment & finishing
Isopropanol Alcohol 99.7%
- Clean and degrease before gluing/coating
- Evaporates quickly; use lint-free cloths
- Caution: Flammable – ventilate well, avoid sparks
Double Coat Mat Set
- Durable, matte topcoat over epoxy/PU/wood
- Abrasion and chemical resistant (consult TDS)

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Which filler do I choose for vertical applications?
Fumed silica makes systems thixotropic (non-sag). For structural fill, it can be combined with chopped fiberglass.
I want to lose weight; what do I use?
Fillite 355 (microballoons) reduces weight and sands well—ideal for filler and volume build-up.
How do I get a real metallic effect?
Use a high percentage of metal powder (within the TDS limits), pour, let harden, and polish the surface. Patinas add extra depth.
Can I use IPA 99.7% for everything?
For cleaning/degreasing on compatible surfaces only. Test for colorfastness and observe fire safety.
