From a single prototype to a complete series. You tell us what you want to cast, we advise on the right material, make the mould and support you until the end product is right.
You can come to us for a mould you cast in yourself, or have us produce the end products. Not sure? Choose advice in the form.
A silicone or PU mould of your object, design or 3D file. You cast it yourself in epoxy, plaster, concrete, wax, soap or another material.
We make the mould and cast the products, such as seals, components, suction cups or baking moulds, in small or larger series.
Want to test first whether your product works or sells? We cast a first small run by hand, so you can assess it before you invest.
Every custom project follows the same steps. So you know in advance what to expect from us and what we need from you.
Fill in the form with dimensions, quantities and materials. Upload photos or a drawing and share a link to your 3D file. The more complete, the faster and sharper our proposal.
Our specialists assess feasibility. Within 1 working day you hear whether we can take on your project, or what questions we still have.
If you supply a 3D file, we work with it. If you only have an idea or sketch, we create the 3D design and agree it with you. This costs extra, depending on the number of design rounds.
Together we choose the material that best suits your application, such as hardness, temperature, food or skin contact and service life. You receive a clear quotation per phase.
We cast the first piece or a small pilot run by hand, in a 3D-printed or milled mould. That way you assess shape, feel and function before the series starts.
Once you approve the sample, we start production. If quantities grow beyond our own capacity, we bring in reliable production partners from our network.
What happens after your request
A request places you under no obligation.
That depends on dimensions, complexity, material and quantities. We make a simple mould from €200 excl. VAT. After your request you receive a quotation per phase.
A simple mould is usually ready within about 8 working days. The lead time for more complex projects, 3D design, prototypes and series depends on the project and is agreed with you in advance.
No. A physical object, drawing or sketch is also enough. We can create the 3D design for you, at an additional cost per design round.
Put your STL, STEP or OBJ file in WeTransfer, Google Drive or Dropbox and paste the share link into the form. Upload photos as JPEG, HEIC or WebP, drawings as PDF.
Yes. We then work with silicones the manufacturer has released for food or skin contact. The available declarations and certificates are on the product page. Whether they are sufficient for your end product depends on the application; we do not give binding advice on this.
We set this out per order in the quotation. If you want more casts made in future, we keep the mould with us so we can produce your repeat order quickly.
We keep your mould for 12 months after your last order, under suitable storage conditions. After that period you receive an email. If you do not respond within 4 weeks, we destroy the mould. Silicone moulds age naturally, even when stored well. We are therefore not liable for ageing, wear or damage to stored moulds.
Yes, by arrangement. Please do not send anything before we have confirmed your request; you will then receive shipping instructions from us.
Fill in the request form and you will hear within 1 working day whether your project is feasible.
