Found the exact same silicone product cheaper elsewhere within Europe? Then we offer a Lowest Price Guarantee plus an additional 5% discount on that product.

How does it work? Our European Lowest Price Guarantee is straightforward:

• It concerns a silicone product from our range; other product groups are excluded.
• Exactly the same product, with the same brand, type, Shore hardness, viscosity, mixing ratio, colour and chemical composition.
• The same packaging, for example 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg or an A+B kit with identical contents.
• Found a lower price within Europe? We match the price and grant an additional 5% discount on that product.
• Valid for webshops established in the European Union, Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom.

Currency and price comparison To compare prices fairly, we apply the following rules:

• All prices are compared on the basis of the net product price, excluding VAT.
• Prices are converted to EUR using the official ECB daily exchange rate.
• We compare the total price excluding VAT, plus shipping costs and any environmental surcharges.
• VAT is not taken into account, as VAT rates differ from one EU country to another.

What do you need to report a price difference? Please send us:

• A link to the other webshop
• A screenshot clearly showing the price, product and date
• If required, the SDS or TDS to confirm the chemical composition

When does the guarantee apply? You qualify when:

• it concerns a silicone product from our range
• the product is in stock at the other supplier
• the price excluding VAT plus shipping costs is lower than our price
• the product is identical in terms of chemical composition and packaging unit
• the price is publicly visible, without login or personal discount code
• the supplier is a European webshop established in the EU, Switzerland, Norway or the United Kingdom

When does the guarantee not apply? To prevent misuse, the guarantee does not apply to:

• Products outside the silicone category, such as resins, plaster, alginate, colourants and accessories
• Platform sellers such as Amazon Marketplace, eBay, Etsy or comparable marketplaces
• Second-hand items, remaining stock, expired batches, B-stock or bulk clearances
• Products with a different chemical composition, for example a different Shore hardness, viscosity, mixing ratio or additives
• Differing packaging units, for example 1 kg versus 1.1 kg or different kit ratios
• Temporary promotions such as daily deals, discount codes, bundle discounts or cashback offers
• Incorrect price listings, such as obvious typing errors
• Wholesale prices, volume discounts or specific B2B arrangements
• Prices that are only visible after logging in or in closed quotations

Reporting after purchase Have you already purchased the product?

• You can still report a price difference within 14 days of purchase
• You will receive the difference plus an additional 5% discount as a refund or discount code, by arrangement
