Lowest Price Guarantee

How does it work?

Our European Lowest Price Guarantee is simple:

• Exactly the same product
  Same brand, type, Shore hardness, viscosity, mixing ratio, color, and chemical composition.
• Same packaging
  For example, 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, or A+B kit with the same content.
• Found a lower price in Europe?
  We will match the price and give an additional 5% discount on that product.
• Valid for European webshops
  Valid for webshops located in the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom.

Currency and price comparison

To compare prices fairly, we apply the following rules:

• All prices are compared based on the net product price (excluding VAT).
• Prices are converted to EUR using the official ECB daily exchange rate.
• We compare the total price excluding VAT plus shipping costs and any environmental surcharges.
• VAT is not included, as VAT rates vary per EU country.

What do you need to report a price difference?

Send us:

• A link to the other webshop
• A screenshot showing the price, product, and date
• If necessary: SDS/TDS to confirm the chemical composition

When is the guarantee valid?

You are eligible when:

• The product is in stock with the other provider
• The price excluding VAT + shipping costs is lower than our price
• The product is identical in terms of chemical composition and packaging unit
• The price is publicly visible without a login or personal discount code
• The provider is a European webshop (EU, Switzerland, Norway, UK)

When is the guarantee not valid?

To prevent misuse, the guarantee does not apply to:

• Platform sellers such as Amazon Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, or similar marketplaces
• Second-hand, leftover stock, expired batches, B-stock, or bulk clearances
• Products with a different chemical composition (e.g., different Shore, viscosity, mixing ratio, or additives)
• Deviating packaging units (e.g., 1 kg vs 1.1 kg or different kit ratios)
• Temporary promotions such as daily deals, discount codes, bundle discounts, or cashback promotions
• Incorrect price listings (obvious typos)
• Wholesale prices, volume discounts, or specific B2B agreements
• Prices that are only visible after logging in or in closed quotes

Reporting after purchase

Have you already purchased the product?

• You can still report a price difference within 14 days of purchase
• You will receive the difference + an additional 5% discount as a refund or discount code, by arrangement
