Lowest price guarantee on silicones

Found exactly the same silicone product cheaper at another European webshop? We will match that price and give you an extra 5% discount on that product. The lowest price guarantee applies exclusively to silicone products from our range. Related materials such as resins, plaster, alginate, colourants and accessories are excluded.

How does the lowest price guarantee work?

1. You find an identical silicone product cheaper at a webshop based in the European Union, Switzerland, Norway or the United Kingdom.
2. You send us a link to the product, a screenshot showing the price, product and date and, if required, the SDS or TDS.
3. We assess your request against the conditions on this page.
4. If your request qualifies, we match the price and you receive an extra 5% discount on that product.

How do we compare prices?

• We compare the net product price only: excluding VAT and excluding shipping costs and any surcharges.
• VAT is not taken into account, as rates differ per country.
• Prices in another currency are converted to euros at the official ECB exchange rate on the day of your request.

When does the guarantee apply?

Your request qualifies when:

• it concerns a silicone product from our range;
• the product is identical: same brand, type, Shore hardness, viscosity, mixing ratio, colour and chemical composition;
• the pack size is the same, for example 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg or an A+B kit with the same contents;
• the product is in stock at the other supplier;
• the price is publicly visible, without logging in or a personal discount code;
• the supplier is a webshop based in the EU, Switzerland, Norway or the United Kingdom.

When does the guarantee not apply?

To prevent misuse, the guarantee does not apply to:

• products outside the silicone category, such as resins, plaster, alginate, colourants and accessories;
• sellers on platforms such as Amazon Marketplace, eBay, Etsy or similar marketplaces;
• second-hand products, remaining stock, expired batches, B-stock or clearance sales;
• products with a different chemical composition, such as a different Shore hardness, viscosity, mixing ratio or additives;
• different pack sizes, for example 1 kg versus 1.1 kg or a different kit ratio;
• temporary promotions such as daily deals, discount codes, bundle discounts or cashback offers;
• obviously incorrect prices, such as typing errors;
• wholesale prices, volume discounts or specific B2B agreements;
• prices that are only visible after logging in or in quotations.

Already purchased? Report it within 14 days

Already bought the product from us and found it cheaper afterwards? Report the price difference within 14 days of purchase. You will receive the difference plus an extra 5% discount, as a refund or a discount code by mutual agreement.

Reporting a price difference

Send your price comparison via our contact page. Include the link to the other webshop and attach a screenshot showing the price, product and date. Our team will review your request and let you know as soon as possible whether it qualifies.
