Postage costs

Siliconesandmore.com charges shipping fees to cover the cost of shipping the products. This includes the cost of packing the order, picking the products, processing the order, and shipping the order to the customer.

Shipping costs are €6.95 for orders under 23 kg, and €11.50 for orders between 23 kg and 30 kg for deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium. Siliconesandmore.com has chosen not to include shipping costs in the product description, so customers only pay for the items they order.

To be transparent about our prices and costs, we list our shipping costs separately. Unlike many other companies, we don't include shipping costs in our products and we don't offer products with "free shipping." We value honesty and transparency.

For countries outside the EU, shipping costs are calculated by the program and displayed at checkout before you proceed to final payment. If you have any questions about shipping costs to other countries, please contact us via the contact page.

Our shipping costs vary depending on weight and country of delivery.

Delivery time

At our webshop, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We process and ship orders on the day of receipt during our regular business hours. Orders placed outside these hours will be shipped the next business day. This also applies to orders placed over the weekend.

Please note that orders cannot always be shipped the same day, but we always do our utmost to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

We use PostNL for our deliveries, and in most cases, packages are delivered within the Netherlands within one day.

Is your order urgent? Please feel free to contact us. We'll do our utmost to serve you as quickly as possible and ensure your order arrives on time.

We are closed on certain days. These days are always listed on our website so you're aware of any changes to our delivery times.

Delivery address

During the ordering process, you can specify a billing address and a shipping address. The billing address is where the invoice will be sent, while the shipping address is where the order will be delivered. You can therefore specify a different address than your own if, for example, you want to have a gift delivered.

Cancel Order

If you want to cancel an order, you can only do so if it hasn't been processed yet. You can cancel your order as soon as possible by phone at +31 (0)85 485 83 11. Our helpdesk will assist you further.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, we recommend refusing the package upon delivery. We will refund your money as soon as we receive the package back. Please note that any return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Change address details

If you want to change your address information, please contact our helpdesk. They will be happy to assist you. If you have an account with us, you can change your information yourself, but this only applies to orders placed afterward. Please note that address changes are only possible for shipments that have not yet been shipped.

Pick up order

During the ordering process, you can indicate that you want to collect your ordered products. You will first receive an email confirming your order. You will then receive another email when your order is ready for collection.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship your order via PostNL. In the Netherlands, PostNL delivers all packages itself. Internationally, PostNL uses external carriers such as Hermes, DHL, UPS, etc.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a track & trace link so you can track your order. In most cases, your order will be delivered the next business day within the Netherlands. In Belgium and Germany, this is often within two business days.

To prevent damage during transport, we always pack your order in new, double-walled cardboard boxes. Should your package unexpectedly arrive damaged, please refuse the package at the door and let us know as soon as possible that you refused the package and the reason for your refusal.

What happens if I'm not home?

If you still wish to receive the package, please contact us.

If you are not home, another delivery attempt will be made the next day. If you are not home then, the package will be held for you for 7 days at a PostNL delivery point near you. You will receive a card in your mailbox to inform you of this. After 7 days, the package will be returned to us. If you would still like to receive the package, please contact us.

Package undeliverable?

We naturally want to deliver your order to the correct address as quickly as possible. Therefore, it's important that you enter your address details completely and correctly. If we cannot deliver the package to the specified address or if it is not collected from the collection point, it will automatically be returned to us. Unfortunately, we will then be forced to charge you for the transportation costs incurred.

Track your shipment

Once your order has been transferred to PostNL by "Siliconesandmore," you'll receive an email with a link (Track & Trace) that allows you to track your order. Until you receive an email with the Track & Trace link, your order hasn't yet been shipped and is still being processed, for example, because the order or payment hasn't been finalized yet.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. You can use this code to track your order at www.postnl.nl.

Evening delivery

Terms and Conditions
• For evening delivery you pay a surcharge of €1.25 per shipment.
• Evening deliveries take place on Tuesday to Friday evenings from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
• Evening delivery is currently possible at 90% of addresses in the Netherlands.
• Packages are only delivered to your home address and not to neighbors. Evening delivery can be combined with a signature upon delivery or insurance.

Pick up at a PostNL location

Terms and Conditions
• Packages can be collected from 3 p.m. the next working day.
• You do not pay a surcharge for collection from a PostNL location.
• There are 2,000 available collection locations in the Netherlands.
• 'Collection from a PostNL location' always includes a signature for receipt.
• Free SMS notification for the consumer as soon as the package is ready to be collected.

Pick up at a PostNL Express location

• For collection from a PostNL Express location, you pay a surcharge of €1.25 per shipment.
• Parcels can be collected from 8:30 am (Tuesday to Saturday).
• There are 400 available collection locations in the Netherlands.

What are the expected delivery times during the holidays?

Due to increased demand at PostNL in December, deliveries may take longer than usual. We recommend placing your order early to avoid any delays.

Do you ship orders on December 24, 25, 26 and January 1 and 2?

We will not be shipping orders on December 24, 25, and 26, and on January 1 and 2, so our team can enjoy the holidays.

Orders received on these days will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

How do I ensure my order arrives on time?

Place your order well in advance. Please be aware of possible delays due to our busy delivery service.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

If your order is delayed, please be patient. You can track the status of your package using the track & trace information you receive by email. If you have any questions, our customer service team is ready to help.
