Warranty

At Siliconesandmore.com, you may expect that every product, under normal use, meets what you may reasonably expect from it (conformity). This is based on statutory warranty.

  • The average shelf life is listed in the product information sheets.

  • If a problem occurs within a reasonable period with an unopened product, please contact us immediately.

  • We respond within 5 working days with a substantive assessment.

  • If it concerns a defect, you will receive a replacement product, repair, or an appropriate solution.

  • If a product must be returned for assessment or replacement, we will reimburse the shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal (distance selling)

As a consumer, you have a legal right to a 14‑day cooling‑off period for online purchases (right of withdrawal). At Siliconesandmore.com, we offer you an extended return period of 30 days after receipt as an additional service.

Legal rules (right of withdrawal – 14 days)

  • The cooling‑off period starts the day after you receive your order.

  • Within these 14 days, you may inspect and assess the product as you would in a physical store (not use it beyond that).

  • You are only liable for any diminished value if you used the product more than necessary for assessment.

  • Exceptions: Custom‑made products (e.g., color‑mixed topcoats) and sealed products whose seal has been broken (if hygienic or perishable) are excluded from withdrawal.

  • The return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise.

  • After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase amount (including any standard outbound shipping costs for full returns) within 14 days via the same payment method.

Our extra service: 30‑day return policy

In addition to the legal 14 days, we offer 30 days to return products, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • You register the return within 30 days after receipt.

  • Custom‑made products remain excluded.


Return procedure (for both 14 and 30 days)

  1. Register your return via info@siliconesandmore.com with your name and order number.

  2. You can return your order by entering the barcode and your postal code on our return page, then downloading a return label at the bottom of the page, or by using the return address below.

  3. Include your packing slip or your name and address details in the return shipment.

  4. Choose a shipping option:

    • PostNL return: Use our return page to download a return label (if available).

    • Own carrier: Ship it yourself; costs are then yours.

Not satisfied, money back service

We stand behind our products. If a product does not meet the stated specifications or expectations:

  • Check the product immediately upon receipt.

  • Report a defect or deviation within 14 days to our customer service.

  • In case of a proven product fault, you will receive a refund or a replacement product.

  • In cases of incorrect use or processing, we unfortunately cannot provide compensation or accept the return.
