Ready-to-use slurry for ceramic shell

Remet Remasol Jus-Dip is a pre-blended slurry for building a ceramic shell. It contains optimised levels of refractory, additives and polymer. You do not need a rotating slurry tank: you only stir before use and dip your pattern straight into the resealable container. Jus-Dip contains Remet Sci-Dry, an indicator that shows when a coat is dry enough for the next, plus a wetting agent and an anti-foam.

Typical applications

✓ Backup coats, optionally diluted with deionised water

Processing

Place the container where you dip, remove the lid and stir the slurry thoroughly.
Bring the slurry and wax pattern to roughly the same temperature. This prevents cracks in the shell.
Dip the pattern straight into the container and stucco the wet coat, for example with Remasil 50.
Let each coat dry until the Sci-Dry indicator shows the shell is ready for the next coat.
For backup coats you can optionally dilute the slurry with deionised water.
Reseal the container after use. If you use a slurry tank, switch it off and cover the slurry to prevent evaporation.

What is the delivery time of my order?

Orders placed and paid for on business days will be shipped on the same day in most cases. Orders received on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery time depends on the destination country and the carrier. Below is a general indication:

Netherlands: usually within 1 business day
