Premium Porcelain Plaster for Professional Applications

Porcelain plaster is a fine-grained casting plaster based on high-quality gypsum, specially developed for making detailed casts and molds. With its superior flowability and high compressive strength, this material produces sharp reproductions with a smooth, porcelain-like surface – ideal for applications where precision and finish are crucial.

    Key Benefits

    • Exceptional detail reproduction: Fine grain structure reproduces even the smallest details with high accuracy.
    • High compressive strength: Provides strong, durable casts that can withstand mechanical stress
    • Fast curing: Short processing time increases production efficiency and turnaround time
    • Smooth surface: Porcelain-like finish minimizes rework and polishing
    • Excellent flowability: Fills complex shapes completely without air inclusions
    • Easy processing: Reliable water-to-gypsum ratio ensures consistent results

    Typical Applications

    • Slip casting molds: Production of ceramics, porcelain and sanitary ware in the ceramics industry
    • Reliefs and ornaments: Architectural detailing, restoration and decorative elements
    • Prototyping and Model Making: Precision models for design, engineering and production development
    • Jewelry and Small Objects: Detail Casting for Goldsmiths, Artists, and Hobbyists
    • Special effects and body casting: Lifelike casts for film, theatre and cosplay
    • Dental applications: Precision models and molds in dental laboratories

    Technical Features

Mix the porcelain plaster with clean water at a ratio of approximately 4 parts plaster to 1 part water (by weight). Stir thoroughly until a homogeneous, airless mass is formed and pour immediately. The working time is 6 minutes, and full hardening occurs after 30-45 minutes. The material develops a compressive strength of 20-30 MPa and produces a fine, smooth surface that requires minimal finishing.

This porcelain plaster is supplied by Huismerk - SAM , specialist in high-quality plaster and casting materials for professional makers and the creative industry.

    Special Instructions

    • Always use clean working materials and do not exceed the processing time.
    • Add color? Mix up to 2% acrylic resin color paste for a pastel effect.
    • Drying : Place the cast on wooden slats while cooling to prevent warping.

Whether you're a beginner, an expert, or an enthusiastic DIYer looking for the right tools, materials, and some guidance, you've come to the right place. We've worked with silicones, resins, and casting materials ourselves for years. That's why we not only deliver quality but also genuine support—based on experience.
