🔔 Current notification
It is holiday season and some of our colleagues are away for a few weeks. Every order is still packed and shipped as usual, but with a smaller team it does not always go as fast as you are used to from us.
⚠️ Please note: from week 32 up to and including week 34 we ship on Monday and Thursday only. Orders that reach us before that moment go out the same day. From 24th of August we are back at full strength.
What this means for your order
- ✓ Your order may arrive a few days later than you are used to from us.
- ✓ We process every order in the sequence it comes in, nobody skips the queue.
- ✓ As soon as your parcel is on its way, you receive tracking by email as always.
- ✓ Nothing changes about the products themselves, we pack everything with the same care.
- ✓ Our customer service is available as usual, for questions about your order and about the materials.
Do you need something urgently
Are you working on a project with a deadline, or are you halfway through a mold and do you need material to continue? Please contact us before you order. We will look at what is possible and what is realistic in terms of delivery.

Good to know
Order a little more generously than planned
If you run half a kilo of silicone short halfway through a project, the follow up delivery now takes longer than usual. If you are unsure about the quantity, give us a call and we will calculate it with you.
Remember your auxiliary materials
Release agents, mixing cups, stirring spatulas and scales are often forgotten. Add them to the same order and you will not have to wait twice.
Store your materials properly
Silicones, polyurethanes and epoxy resins are sensitive to heat. Store them cool and dry during summer and keep them out of direct sunlight, so their properties stay stable.
