Filled pattern wax for small and medium-sized patterns
Remet Casting Wax B89 Hyfill is a filled pattern wax for investment casting. The wax contains 37.5% filler and is intended for small to medium-sized patterns in demanding applications such as aerospace. The melting point is 71 °C, the congealing point 66 °C and the ash content after burnout a maximum of 0.05%.

Processing
- Melt the wax evenly and do not heat it above 100 °C.
- Do not keep the wax at high temperature for longer than necessary.
- Process the wax into patterns according to your own process.
- Let the patterns cool completely before assembling them.
Points to note

- ✓ Never heat the wax above 100 °C and do not hold it at high temperature for long periods. Otherwise the product will degrade thermally.
- ✓ Avoid skin contact with molten wax and do not breathe in the fumes.
- ✓ Store the wax dry, cool and sealed.
