This Sulzer Mixpac™ dispenser makes it possible to mix certain components accurately.

Then this is THE solution!
You fill both sides of the double cartridge: Part A on one side and Part B on the other. Leave the product to stand long enough for air bubbles to escape, fit the pistons and it is ready for use!
Of course, this only works for the mix ratios stated on the cartridge. Usually that is 1:1.

In addition to the dispenser, the following materials are needed to use this tool

Cartridge SET. The Cartridge Set consists of a cartridge with a pre-fitted cap and two separate pistons.
- 1500 ml (mix 1:1). So this is 750 ml Part A and 750 ml Part B.
- or 1150 ml (mix 2:1). So this is 750 ml Part A and 375 ml Part B.
- Mixing nozzles
- Optionally, an accessory is available to fit the pistons into the cartridge easily, without trapping air.
- Compressor for air pressure. Please note: maximum 7 bar!
This dispenser can simply mix material and let it flow out of the nozzle. However, if you also connect air pressure to the spray unit, you can spray the material as it flows out! Ideal for silicone vacuum bagging and other applications.
In principle, you could reuse the cartridges if you keep processing the same materials in them. This does, however, require some skill.
The mixing nozzles can no longer be used once the product has cured inside them.

Before use, first read the instructions in the supplied manual. This manual is written in the following languages: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese.

What is the delivery time for my order?
Orders placed and paid on working days are in most cases shipped the same day. Weekend orders are processed on the next working day.
Indicative delivery times: Netherlands usually within 1 working day, Belgium and Germany typically 1–2 working days, other countries depending on destination and carrier. These are guidelines, not guarantees: peak periods, public holidays or carrier delays can have an effect.
