With a Shore 00-20 hardness, this two-component system offers exceptional flexibility and a realistic skin-like texture – ideal for professional prosthetics, SFX, and life casting.

    Technical Specifications

    PlatSil Gel-0020 has a mix ratio of 1A:1B (weight or volume) and a pot life of approximately 20 minutes at room temperature. The cure time is about 4 hours at 23°C, which can be accelerated with heat. The system is compatible with Polytek PlatThinner for further softness and with Polytek pigments for color matching.
