    Premium Vloeibaar Silicone Pigment voor Professionele Inkleuring van Siliconen- en Maltoepassingen

    Siliconen Kleurstof is een hooggeconcentreerde vloeibare kleurstof van Holland Colours (Holcosil LSR-serie), speciaal ontwikkeld voor het intens en egaal inkleuren van alle typen silicone rubber. De kleurstof is compatibel met zowel additie-verhardende (platinum-cure) als condensatie-verhardende (tin-cure) siliconen en lost volledig op in het mengsel zonder de uitharding of mechanische eigenschappen te beïnvloeden. Met een dosering van slechts 1% is 50 gram kleurstof voldoende om tot 5 kg silicone in te kleuren. Geselecteerde kleuren zijn gecertificeerd voor gebruik in voedselcontactartikelen conform EC 1935/2004, FDA 21 CFR §177.2600 en BfR XV. Houdbaar ten minste 3 jaar bij correcte opslag.

    Belangrijkste Voordelen

    • Hoge concentratie, lage dosering — 1% volstaat: slechts 50 gram kleurt tot 5 kg silicone egaal in, waardoor één flesje tientallen projecten meegaat en de kostprijs per mal minimaal blijft.
    • Universeel compatibel — additie én condensatie: werkt probleemloos in alle condensatie- en additie-siliconen uit het SAM-assortiment, zonder interferentie met de uithardingsreactie of platinum-katalysator.
    • Gecertificeerd voor voedselcontactartikelen (geselecteerde kleuren): geselecteerde kleuren voldoen aan EC 1935/2004, FDA 21 CFR §177.2600, BfR XV Siliconen en de Nederlandse Warenwetregeling Verpakkingen. Declaration of Compliance per kleur beschikbaar. Let op: niet alle kleuren dragen deze certificering — zie de kleurentabel hieronder.
    • Volledige kleurdekking en mengbaarheid: kleuren onderling mengbaar voor elke gewenste tint. Transparante en translucente siliconen geven de meest saturate eindkleur. Witte siliconen produceren een pasteltint bij dezelfde dosering.
    • Eenvoudige verwerking zonder extra gereedschap: kleurstof direct toevoegen aan component B (of het gemengde silicone). De uniforme kleurverspreiding tijdens het mengen geeft meteen visueel aan wanneer A en B volledig zijn gecombineerd.

    Voedselveilige kleuren — overzicht per variant

    De onderstaande kleuren zijn voorzien van een Declaration of Compliance (DoC) van Holland Colours Europe BV, conform EC 1935/2004 en FDA 21 CFR §177.2600. De DoC geldt voor het gebruik in voedselcontactartikelen vervaardigd uit Liquid Silicone Rubber. Compliance van het eindproduct is altijd de verantwoordelijkheid van de fabrikant van het afgewerkte artikel.

    Voor de overige kleuren is geen DoC beschikbaar. Gebruik uitsluitend de bovenvermelde varianten voor voedselcontacttoepassingen. DoC-documenten zijn beschikbaar via de downloadlinks op deze pagina.

    Typische Toepassingen

    • Inkleuren van gietsiliconen voor mallen, protheses en SFX-toepassingen waarbij kleur een functionele of esthetische rol speelt
    • Culinaire mallen en voedselveilige vormen (uitsluitend DoC-gecertificeerde kleuren) voor chocolade, suikerwerk en fondant
    • Bodycasting en huidreplicatie waarbij huidtinten nauwkeurig nagebootst worden
    • Productie van gekleurde siliconen objecten voor de erotische industrie, speelgoed en decoratieve toepassingen
    • Industriële siliconen onderdelen waarbij kleurcodering of visuele identificatie vereist is
    • Artistieke en decoratieve siliconen objecten, kaarsmallen en zeepvormen

    Verwerkingsinstructies:

    1. Schud of roer de kleurstof goed voor gebruik — pigment kan bezinken bij langdurige opslag.
    2. Voeg de kleurstof bij voorkeur toe aan component B alvorens de silicone te mengen. Component B is doorgaans vloeibaar en verdeelt de kleur sneller. De kleurverspreiding maakt direct zichtbaar of A en B volledig gemengd zijn.
    3. Voeg de kleurstof toe in kleine porties en meng goed na elke toevoeging totdat de gewenste kleurintensiteit bereikt is. Begin met 0,5% en werk op naar maximaal 2% voor intense kleuren.
    4. Kleuren zijn onderling mengbaar. Maak eerst een kleine testmenging voordat u grotere hoeveelheden mixt om de eindkleur te bepalen.
    5. Verwerk het gekleurde mengsel conform de verwerkingsinstructies van de betreffende silicone.

    Let op kleurresultaat per silicone-type: transparante en translucente siliconen geven de meest saturate kleurresultaten. Bij witte siliconen ontstaat automatisch een pasteltint door de witte basiskleur. Houd hier rekening mee bij de materiaalkeuze voor kleurkritische toepassingen.
