    SILME-Foam 20 from Nanotech Chemical Brothers is a foaming agent that you add to textile silicones. While curing at elevated temperature, the silicone expands, giving your print a three-dimensional, puffy look. How much the print expands depends on the curing temperature and on the amount of foaming agent you add.

    Processing

    1. Choose the textile silicone that gives the gloss, thickness and colour you want.
    2. Mix SILME-Foam 20 into the textile silicone.
    3. Apply the mixture to the fabric.
    4. Cure at elevated temperature. The print expands as it cures.
    5. Fine-tune dosage and temperature with a test print.
