Multi-purpose silicone release spray for wax, plastics and rubber

Remet SRA 6200 is a multi-purpose, medium-duty silicone-based release agent. It forms a medium-duty film for releasing wax, plastic and rubber parts in injection moulding, compression moulding, vacuum forming and other moulding processes. SRA 6200 does not build up in the mould. Thanks to the 360° spray system, you can spray at any angle, even upside down.

Processing

Shake the aerosol well before use.
Spray a light, even coat onto the mould from 25 to 30 cm.
Reapply as necessary.

Points to note

✓ Extremely flammable. Use only in a well-ventilated area, away from naked flames and ignition sources.
✓ Store the aerosol below 30 °C, away from direct heat and sunlight.
✓ With correct storage at normal ambient temperature, shelf life of at least 72 months.
✓ For safety reasons we cannot ship this product by air freight.

Safety Information

This product is classified as an extremely flammable aerosol (H222) and a highly flammable liquid and vapour (H225). The container is pressurised and may burst if heated (H229). It causes skin irritation (H315), may cause drowsiness or dizziness (H336) and is toxic to aquatic life with long-lasting effects (H411). Signal word: Danger. Keep the aerosol away from heat, sparks and naked flames and do not spray onto a flame. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Avoid breathing spray and work in a well-ventilated area. Wear gloves and eye protection. Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures above 50 °C. Collect spillage. Always consult the supplied safety data sheet (SDS) for full information on hazards, handling, storage and first aid.
