Premium Soft Kneadable Silicone for Professional Skin Impression and SFX Mold Applications

Stensil ECO 20 is a 2-component platinum-addition kneadable silicone with a Shore A 20 hardness, which cures at room temperature. The orange paste is easily mixed by hand in a 1:1 weight ratio and, thanks to its 1.5-minute pot life and demolding time of only 5 minutes, is ideal for fast, accurate impressions. The very low shrinkage of <0.1% guarantees high dimensional accuracy for skin impressions, special-effects molds, dental technology, and podiatric applications.

Processing instructions:

1. Take equal parts of A and B components by weight (1:1).
2. Knead both components thoroughly by hand until a uniform orange color is achieved.
3. Process the mixed paste within the 1.5-minute pot life.
4. Press the silicone over or around the model and wait 5 minutes at 20°C.
5. Demold once the silicone is fully cured and no longer feels tacky.
6. Full strength is achieved after 24 hours.

Addition silicone warning: Stensil ECO is a platinum-addition silicone that can be poisoned by sulfur, nitrogen, amine compounds, and metal salts. These substances are found, among others, in many latex gloves, some plastilines, paints, adhesives, condensation silicones, 1-component silicone sealants, natural rubbers, and 3D printing materials (especially stereolithography/SLA). If in doubt, first test on a small area or apply a protective layer of polyvinyl alcohol.
