Wacker Elastosil M 4600 A/B - Platinum RTV-2 Silicone Rubber

Wacker Elastosil M 4600 A/B is a high-performance platinum-catalyzed RTV-2 silicone rubber specially developed for applications where food safety and thermal stability are essential.

Processing instructions:

1. Preparation: Make sure both components are at room temperature (20-25°C)
2. Mixing: Mix Component A and B in a ratio of 10:1 (weight)
3. Deaeration: Place the mixture in a vacuum chamber to remove air bubbles (optional but recommended)
4. Casting: Pour the silicone into the mold or over the model within the pot life of 90 minutes
5. Curing: Allow to cure for 24 hours at room temperature for optimal properties.

Storage & Shelf Life:

Store in the original, sealed packaging in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: 12 months from date of manufacture when stored properly.
