Premium Medical-Grade White Mineral Oil for Professional Cosmetics and Plastics Applications

Paraffinic Oil HB, also known to our customers as White Oil, is a highly refined, saturated paraffinic mineral oil of medical grade. It is a colourless, odourless and tasteless liquid that is chemically inert. With a density of 0.85 kg/l at 20 °C, a kinematic viscosity of 15.7 cSt at 40 °C and a flash point of 180 °C, the oil is suitable for the production of medical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic products and as a process oil in the plastics and food industries. The oil complies with FDA 21 CFR 172.878 and 21 CFR 178.3620(a).

Processing Instructions

Determine the desired dosage based on your formulation.
Add the oil gradually and mix thoroughly until homogeneous.
When softening wax: add in steps and keep to a maximum of 10% White Oil.
Store the packaging tightly closed, dry and at room temperature (≤ 40 °C).
