Lightly filled precision wax for small and medium patterns
Remet Casting Wax B59 is a lightly filled pattern wax for small to medium-sized patterns in investment casting. The wax contains 28 % filler, is blue and is supplied as pastilles. The melting point is 66 °C, the congealing point 65 °C and the viscosity 420 cSt at 99 °C. A maximum of 0.03 % ash remains after burnout.

Application
- Melt the wax evenly and do not heat it above 100 °C.
- Do not keep the wax at high temperature for longer than necessary.
- Process the wax into patterns according to your own process.
- Let the patterns cool completely before assembling them.
Points to note
- ✓ Never heat the wax above 100 °C and do not hold it at high temperature for long. Otherwise the product degrades thermally.
- ✓ Avoid skin contact with molten wax and do not breathe in the fumes.
- ✓ Store the wax dry, cool and closed.
