Hard, lightly filled precision wax with good flow

Remet Casting Wax B76 T is a lightly filled pattern wax for investment casting. Its melt viscosity is low (325 cSt at 99 °C), which gives good flow properties and efficient dewaxing. Compared with Casting Wax B59, B76 T contains less filler (23 %), is harder and has a higher melting point of 77.5 °C. The ash content after burnout is a maximum of 0.03 %.

Application

Melt the wax evenly and do not heat it above 100 °C.
Do not keep the wax at high temperature for longer than necessary.
Process the wax into patterns according to your own injection process.
Let the patterns cool completely before assembling them.

✓ Never heat the wax above 100 °C and do not hold it at high temperature for long. Otherwise the product degrades thermally.
✓ Avoid skin contact with molten wax and do not breathe in the fumes.
✓ Store the wax dry, cool and closed.
