Premium flame-retardant silicone for professional applications
ELASTOSIL® RT 607 A/B is a high-quality, pourable platinum silicone (RTV-2) with flame-retardant properties that, according to Wacker, meet the requirements of EN 45545-2. This two-component system combines excellent mechanical properties with reliable fire safety and has been specially developed for demanding applications in rail, transport and electronics.

Technical characteristics
ELASTOSIL® RT 607 A/B is an addition-curing (platinum-catalysed) system with a mix ratio of 9:1 (A:B). The material cures at room temperature or faster at elevated temperature. The low viscosity ensures good penetration and de-aeration, and according to Wacker the material meets EN 45545-2 for HL1, HL2 and HL3.
