These guideline formulations show how to build a complete car care range with BRB Sempure silicone emulsions, from interior dressing to spray sealant. Each formulation lists the dosage per raw material, the mixing procedure and the application instructions. They are water based formulations you can make with a simple low speed mixing set up.
Which BRB Sempure emulsion does what?

What is the difference between an interior and an exterior dressing?
An interior dressing usually gives a lighter gloss and a dry, dust repellent film. An exterior dressing contains aminofunctional silicones or resins that bond better, repel water and withstand rain and washing for longer.
Why use soft water?
Lime and salts in hard water can destabilise silicone emulsions, causing the product to flocculate or streak. Soft or demineralised water gives a more stable end product.
