Technical Features
Alginate 3D Gel is supplied as a powder and mixed with water in a 1:4 ratio (for pouring) or 1:3 (for troweling). At 1:4, the pot life is 3.5-4 minutes, with demolding after 5.5 minutes. For troweling (1:3), the pot life is reduced to 2.5-3 minutes. Use cold water for a longer working time and warm water for accelerated curing. The material is single-use and not reusable.
SAM supplies this alginate under its own brand Silicones and More as a reliable choice for professionals and hobbyists who value consistent quality and technical support.
