The lightweight kneadable epoxy resin has a low density and is filled with a filler that makes the paste very easy to work. This kneadable epoxy adheres very well to many types of surface, so that, in addition to scale models and large models, the epoxy can also be used effectively as a filling paste, epoxy adhesive or fixing emulsion.

Processing
Wear suitable gloves when using “lightweight kneadable epoxy”. Take equal parts of A and B (both have a pasty consistency) and mix them by hand or by machine for 2 minutes to obtain a homogeneous mass. The paste can then be coloured with a small amount of pigment if desired. The kneadable epoxy can now be applied (or worked) for 20 minutes.
Please note: Before bonding or filling materials, the substrate must be made grease-free.
Post-treatment (post-curing)
Post-curing the material (slowly baking at 60ºC for a few hours) is recommended to guarantee the stability and best properties of the product. Allow the heated product to cool slowly to prevent cracking.
Shelf life
This product is best stored in closed packaging in a dry place between 6-28oC. The individual components are sensitive to moisture. Provided it is properly closed, it can be kept for at least 2 years.
Safety requirements
Both Part A and Part B can cause skin sensitisation. Only use this product with proper protection: gloves, goggles and adequate ventilation. Also read the safety data sheet for specific information.
Skin contact: wash immediately with plenty of soap and water. Consult a doctor if irritation persists.
If swallowed, drink plenty of water, do NOT induce vomiting. Consult a doctor!
Eye contact: Rinse for at least 15 minutes and consult a doctor if irritation persists!
