Premium Release and Lubricating Agent for Professional Mold and Model Making Applications

WACKER AK 200 Silicone Spray is a universally applicable release and lubricating agent based on pure, undiluted polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 200 mm²/s. The spray leaves a water-clear, hydrophobic silicone film with high release and lubricating performance. The product is odorless and solvent-free and is supplied in a 200 ml aerosol can with an extension tube for both precise and large-area applications.

Instructions for Use

Clean the parts to be treated and ensure good ventilation.
Shake the can and spray evenly from a maximum distance of 30 cm.
Use the extension tube for precise, localized applications.
Remove the extension tube to spray larger surfaces evenly.

WACKER AK 200 Silicone Spray is an extremely flammable aerosol in a pressurized container. Do not spray onto open flames or other ignition sources, do not pierce or burn the can, even after use, and protect it from sunlight and temperatures above 50 °C. Keep the can away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks and open flames and do not smoke during use. Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures above 50 degrees Celsius. Orders placed and paid for on business days will be shipped on the same day in most cases. Orders received on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
