Premium RTV-1 Silicone Coating for Professional Sealing and Protective Applications

Wacker ELASTOSIL® A07 Translucent is a ready-to-use, 1-component moisture-curing solvent-based silicone coating (RTV-1), specially developed for multifunctional sealing, coating and protection of electronics and technical components. This professional product combines excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates, low modulus, and flexibility from -40°C to +180°C, ideal for HVAC, electronics, and small household appliances. No organotin catalysts. Apply by dipping, spraying, brushing or coating.

Processing Instructions:

Apply by dipping, spraying, brushing, or coating
For thinner coatings: dilute with toluene or white spirit
For thicker coatings: apply multi-step coating
Curing can be accelerated at CO₂ concentration >1% by volume
Remove uncured product with organic solvents (aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbons)
Once cured: only mechanical removal is possible (possibly pre-swell with solvent or Wacker Silicone Remover S8)

Packaging: Cartridge 88 grams (90 ml). Store in a tightly closed package. See product label for shelf life.
