    SilSo Lite 21025 is a two-component, room-temperature platinum-cure silicone foam, specifically developed for liquid dispensing via automated dispensing systems. The product combines low viscosity with fast curing and excellent thermal protection – ideal for lightweight potting and encapsulation of complex components.

    Technical Characteristics

    Mixing ratio 1:1 by volume (1.17:1 by weight). Part A (black, 1.17 g/cm³) contains the platinum catalyst; Part B (colorless, 1.00 g/cm³) is the hardener. Cured product: opaque black foam with density 0.4 g/cc, elongation at break 70%, maximum operating temperature 200°C, thermal conductivity 0.067 W/mK. Storage temperature max. 38°C, shelf life 12 months. Dispensing via static mixer recommended (e.g., 8×8 mm, 32-element at 1–2 g/s).
