We begrijpen dat voedselveiligheid essentieel is bij het maken van mallen voor culinaire doeleinden. Hier zijn enkele belangrijke punten om rekening mee te houden:
🛡️Veiligheid Eerst
Onze genoemde siliconen zijn voedselveilig. Dit betekent dat ze geschikt zijn voor gebruik met voedsel. Houd er echter rekening mee dat het eindproduct ook voedselveiligheid vereist. Dit hangt af van hoe goed de verwerkingsinstructies zijn gevolgd en of er geen vreemde stoffen zijn toegevoegd.
🥄Dikte & Consistentie
Als je de siliconen dikker wilt maken, raden we aan om geen thixo (dikmaakmiddelen) te gebruiken. In plaats daarvan kun je het veel veiligere fumed silica poeder gebruiken voor optimale voedselveiligheid.
🎨Kleur Toevoegen
Wil je voedselveilige siliconen inkleuren? Gebruik dan onze siliconen kleurstoffen met de aanduiding FDA achter de naam. Zo kun je creatieve en veilige mallen maken voor professionele culinaire toepassingen.
🔧Verlijmen & Repareren
Voor het verlijmen, plakken of repareren van voedselveilige siliconen raden we Elastosil E43N aan.

Let op: siliconen mallen kunnen vuil worden van vetten, oliën en andere producten. Dit kan niet voorkomen worden maar, kunt u vaak wel oplossen. Volg daarvoor deze handleiding:
